PROFILE OF LATE DR VICTOR CHIBOR

Late Dr Victor Chibor was an erudite scholar, a determined gentleman and a seasoned professional, he had a passion for impaction of knowledge into our generation, this drove him to establish one of the leading transport institutions in Nigeria. He did his Primary education at Emii Central School, Owerri North Imo state, then his Secondary School Education at Gideon Commercial College, he went further to obtain his Higher National Diploma in Business Administration at Chartered Institute of Commerce with a Distinction and obtained his Masters Degree in Transport Studies at Ogun State University Ago-Iwoye. He was a two-timed PHD holder from California University Los Angeles and Cornerstone University and Theological Seminary Jerusalem Israel. He was an Associate member of Institute of Transport Administration London and Institute of Chartered Sales Management and Marketing, Member Institute of Transport Administration Nigeria and British Institute of Management He was a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Commerce of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Aviation Management of Nigeria and Nigerian Institute of Shipping. He has worked in various parastatals in different capacities, He worked as the Government Liaison Officer at Emii Autonomous Community, Owerri North Local Government Area. He was the Rector Institute of Transport and Management Technology along side his wife who was the registrar, they worked diligently and effectively for the growth of the institute and their inputs has made the Institute what it is today.

PROFILE OF LATE DR LILIAN CHIBOR

Late Dr Lilian Chibor was a seasoned professional and has been involved in manpower development for the past three decades. She was born on the 16th of April 1971, to the family of Mr Ben Anuforonini of Duruemeruo Obilubi Obazu Mberi of Mbatoli L.G.A, Imo state. She attended Obilubi community school for her primary education, Obazu Girls secondary school and Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri for her HND in Finance and Banking. Thereafter she proceeded to Lagos State University where she got her Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Her unflinching love for education and self-development led her to Iscom University Benin Republic where she got her Doctorate degree in Transport and Logistics. She was the rector of the Institute of transport and Management Technology, a school she made one of the leading transport institutions in Nigeria even after the unfortunate death of her beloved husband, she took up the mantle and ran the affairs of the school taking it to greater heights. She was a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Aviation Management of Nigeria (CIAMN), Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Shipping (NIS), Fellow of Chartered Institute of Transport Administrators of Nigeria (CIOTA). She has numerous awards to her credit from churches and numerous organizations both home and abroad.
